Try to Keep a Regular Sleep Pattern this Summer
(from SOS4Students’ Coach Stephanie)
Sleep is incredibly important for your health and well-being, including your brain function. It is easy to get into crazy sleep patterns during periods when you have fewer time commitments, such as summertime. Try to keep as regular a sleep schedule as you can, going to sleep at the same time each night (as much as possible) and waking up at the same time each morning. Even if your sleep schedule is different in the summer, try to keep it consistent from day to day.
