Unplug and Make Time for Personal Contact

(from SOS4Students’ Coach Julie)

Take time off from social media (or online gaming) and see your friends in person. Better yet, go outside together! Take advantage of longer days and warmer weather by exploring your outdoor hobbies or your city with a friend (or two).

Taking initiative to set up get-togethers will help with your planning skills. It also shows your friends that “quality time” matters to you, which deepens connections and alleviates loneliness.
