Make yourself a positive reward-based behavior chart. On a printable or self-made calendar, put a sticker for every day you drink a whole bottle of water, brush your teeth, work out, etc. Pick things that are important to YOU.
Make it a challenge with a sibling or friend as an accountability partner. Did you mess up a day? No problem. Just start again!
Recognizing the effort you put into taking care of yourself with something fun to look at is incentivizing!
